How to delete your DigitalWorld account and data

You can request deletion of your DigitalWorld account at any time. When you submit a request, we permanently remove your account and all associated data.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone)
• All transactions, budgets, savings goals, categories, and accounts you created
• Any imported M-Pesa/bank SMS transaction records
• Notifications and messages tied to your account

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, records needed for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes), for no longer than legally necessary. Anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept.

How long it takes

Requests are processed within 30 days. You'll receive an email confirmation once complete.
